I got to see the Philippine Star a couple of days ago when one of the candidates have DVD about the Automated Election failures. It is a possibility that this happened in some areas in the Philippines during the recent May 10, 2010 National Elections. I hope it doesn't end up like if there are inquiries and investigation by the Commission on Elections and Congress. I have embedded here on this post for your perusal.
Could the election be rigged? I don't know?
